We are pleased to announce the upcoming January 2022 release of the new AirDog 5th generation product line. The latest product line allows us to release higher flowing 220GPH units, as well as a kit for the new 2017+ Ford Powerstroke trucks (A7SABF590). This kit will allow for variable fuel pressure just as factory, and requires NO tuning or cutting to the factory wiring on the vehicle. We have also tested this pump for L5P Duramax trucks, and should require NO aftermarket tuning.

Industry First - The AirDog II is the first, "true," Fuel Air Separation System to have a diaphragm fuel pressure regulator! This regulator can be adjusted from 7-70psi and can be boost compensated!

Larger Ports - This system uses 3/4-16 O-ring boss (-8) inlet and outlet ports and a 7/16-20 ORB return port (-4). This means more options for fuel line sizing!

Carryover Features from 4G

• 4 Bearing design with intermediate shaft to reduce pump noise and increase reliability.
• Low flow return to reduce aeration in the tank.
• Demand flow to where the pump only sends what the engine needs.
• Duel feed that feeds fuel to both sides of the Gerotor pump to decrease cavitation.

With this new 5G product line we will be discontinuing some parts numbers and replacing them with new updated 5G part numbers. The effected part numbers are below.
