Here at PTP, we also have some of the fastest order processing and shipping times in the industry. Due to our vast warehouse options across the country, we are able to get the product you ordered to your doorstep in about 1-3 days, in most cases. When an order is placed, it is quickly processed through a secure, automated system that allows us to remove several steps others must go through in order to ship a package. Due to our lightning fast shipping and processing, it is very difficult and in most cases not possible, for us to cancel an order on in stock items once processed. However, if you place an order and discover you have made a mistake, please contact us and we will do our best to help rectify the situation. Feel free to contact us at anytime regarding your order, but please do not send an email or leave a message saying you would like to cancel an order and expect it to automatically happen. We will get back to you as quickly as we possibly can. Below are some common questions associated with shipping along with our answers. 

What shipping options are available?

Performance Truck Products offers Ground, 2 Day Air, 3 Day Select, Overnight Standard, Overnight Saver, and Overnight Priority shipping on most items we carry. Our FREE shipping is to the lower 48 states only on the majority of our products. To get a shipping quote, please add the part(s) to the cart you want and enter your state and zip code into the shipping estimator. It will give you our shipping charges for those items as well as all other options available. Online orders will be shipped through the carrier of our choice. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, please make sure to provide us with a physical shipping address during checkout. If your billing and shipping addresses are different, you may get a call or email from us requesting some additional information. This is sometimes necessary with some transactions to acquire more information to safeguard the card holder as well as us as a retailer. 

Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes, we also ship to Canada. Customs, duties and import fees to Canada will vary and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We charge you for the shipping cost, only. Check with your local customs office for more information. Freight fees will vary depending on what parts are ordered and the size of the box(es). Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes, we ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but the shipping is not free. 

How long does it take for a part to arrive at my door?

Due to the 20+ stocking warehouses across the entire country that we use, we are able to get product to our customers much faster than our competitors. Most orders are shipped the same day if placed before 3pm CST and arrive on our customers doorstep within 1-3 business days, with our FREE ground shipping. This includes items that are in stock, parts that need to ship from the manufacturer or that are on the way to us could be delayed a bit longer. If a package is going to be delayed, we do our best to contact you as quickly as possible to let you know in case other arrangements need to be made. 

What if the part is broken or damaged during shipping?

If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible via email or through our Contact page, and be sure to include pictures of the box as well as the part and damages. Please DO NOT install or try to modify the part in any way, unless you plan on keeping it as we are not able to file a claim with the carrier once this happens. We will get back to you as soon as possible and work with you to get it taken care of, quickly. Carriers have a claim process for these types of issue so you will need to hold onto the box and parts until we get back to you. No one likes damaged parts, we try to make it as painless as possible and get you a new part as soon as we possibly can.

Can I track my package?

Yes! We will email you a notification regarding your tracking number once your item ships. This is easiest if you have created an account on our site. If not, it will prompt you to create one from the link in your email. In some cases like a shipment from the manufacturer, tracking is sometimes delayed and you may receive the part faster than we are able to attach tracking. We work with manufacturers daily in an attempt to get our customers tracking info in drop ship cases. We know you want tracking info and trust us, we want to get it to you! If you have not received tracking or would like to check on your order, you can click the Tracking link to go to our Tracking info page to request order and/or tracking info.
