Returns

ALL returns must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. There are zero exceptions. Please contact us before returning an item to obtain an RMA number and address to return the part to. Do NOT deny the package, Return to Sender, or send anything back to the address listed on the box. If you do so, you will be charged the Return to Sender fee or the shipping charges to the correct warehouse. 

Can I return or exchange a part?

It depends on the part. Performance Truck Products will accept returns of brand new, unused, uninstalled, or defective items within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in original packaging and be accompanied by all the original paperwork.

If the product has been used or installed, a refund will not be given. Some items such as exhaust systems might have a re-box fee ($35) if the box is damaged to the point where it can no longer be used.

What parts have special return requirements or are non-refundable?

Some brands - including Banks Power, K&N, Flo-Pro, and a few others - may have a restock fee of up to 20% of the total purchase price if returned or replaced. Please contact us if you'd like the full list of items.

Some items - such as clutches, transmissions, turbos, lift kits, etc. - are non-refundable under any circumstance. If you have an issue with one of these items, we will do everything we can to help, but all warranty and tech must go through the manufacturer.

Do I have to pay for shipping on a return?

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is deemed defective. It's a good idea to insure your package. Performance Truck Products will not refund a package that is damaged or lost during return shipping.

Note: All Flo-Pro returns will have a 15% restock fee plus $10 re-box fee if it is damaged.

What if the part is defective or damaged?

Please contact us via email or live chat right away. Do NOT install or use the damaged product. Damage suffered in transit must be taken up with the carrier. We will help to get the issue taken care of for you and/or get you a new part as soon as possible.

What if I need to make a warranty claim and return a part?

Each manufacturer has their own process for warranty claims. If you have a part that has a warranty problem, contact us and we’ll help you get you in touch with the manufacturer.

What if you sent me the wrong part?

Contact us right away so we can correct the order.

What if I cancel my order before I receive it?

Canceled orders will have an automatic 10% restocking fee and could be subject to additional fees depending on how far along the order is. If the order has been shipped, additional fees will be charged to stop the delivery, and the customer will be responsible for original package shipping charges, as well as return shipping to our facility.

What if I refuse delivery?

Do NOT reject or return a package to the address on the package. We DO NOT receive packages there. The package will be returned to you, and you'll be charged a fee.

It's best to accept the package and start the returns process.
