Do you ever offer coupons or discounts?

YES! We always have several sales and promotions going on. Please check out our SALES page for the latest offers and promotions. If you know of a sale we don't have listed, or see a better price somewhere else, PLEASE let us know and we will not only get you taken care of, but might even throw in a little something extra! 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Amex, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Paypal Credit, and we are now also accepting Affirm, which offers you fast and easy financing.

Please note: Orders placed using PayPal that are not "Verified" or "Confirmed" by PayPal could experience a delay in order for us to verify the address. If an order is placed using American Express, the billing and shipping address must be the same or the order will not ship and you will be notified.

How do you protect my credit card information?

We use PCI compliant processes to ensure your credit card information is safe. All orders placed online are encrypted and we do not save any of your financial information.  

If you opt to pay with PayPal, you will receive their security protections and guarantees.

What do I do if I need to cancel my order?

Please contact us right away at or via our live chat as we may be able to catch the order before its processed. However, if the order has been processed, canceling an order will have a 10% restocking fee and could be subject to additional fees. Additional fees could include cancellation and return fees from the logistics company used for your package(s). 

Do I need to have an account to order a part?

No, you may checkout as a guest. However, having an account with us will not only allow you to get exclusive deals, but also make it easier for you to check your order status, print receipts, process returns, and track packages. 

Do you offer a warranty?

We warranty the products we sell for the first 30 days, unless clearly noted on the product page. All products purchased from us will also carry the manufacturer's warranty. If you need help finding or understanding a warranty, please contact us. To make a warranty claim within the first 30 days, please contact us and let us know what the issue is. We may be able to get it taken care of quicker than the manufacturer can. If you have a warranty claim after 30 days, you will need to call or visit the manufacturer's website for further details.

How do replacement parts affect my vehicle’s warranty?

The short answer is, they don’t.

The long answer? It’s actually against federal law to void a warranty for use of an aftermarket part. The Magnuson-Moss warranty act, enacted in 1975, makes it illegal for auto manufacturers to void a warranty simply because the owner of the vehicle adds an aftermarket product to a vehicle. The law states that unless the manufacturer can prove the problem was caused by an aftermarket part, they have to repair the vehicle.

How can I be sure the part I need will fit my vehicle?

We are open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, CST. However, most of our business is done through live chat and emails as this allows us to take care of several people at one time, as efficiently as possible. We realize your time is valuable, as is ours, so we try to streamline the process as much as we can without sacrificing personal service.
