Q. How much is shipping?

We offer FREE shipping for all orders in the continental US.

Shipping costs for those in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada will show when you're placing your order.

Please note: Our free gifts, maintenance items, wheels, and a few select products do not qualify for free shipping.

Q. What shipping methods do you offer?

We ship Ground, Next Day, Two and Three Day Select, and Freight (for large items).

Q. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Most orders are shipped the same day they are placed and get to our customers within 1-3 business days. Performance Truck Products has 6 warehouses nationwide that make this possible. However, there are circumstances and payment options that can delay the process:

  • Orders placed using PayPal that are not "Verified" or "Confirmed" by PayPal will have a 3-5 day wait time to ensure the payment goes through.
  • If an order is placed using American Express, the billing and shipping address must be the same or the order will not ship and you will be notified.
  • If an order needs to be drop shipped or is back ordered, ship time can take much longer. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately.

If you need a product within a specific amount of time, please choose the appropriate shipping method or contact us at info@performancetruckproducts.com to make shipping arrangements.

Q. How long does shipping take?

Most orders get to our customers within 1-3 business days. If an order needs to be drop shipped or is back ordered, ship time can take much longer. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately.

Q. Do you provide tracking information?

Yes. We will send you tracking information once your item ships.

Q. If I ordered a part that’s out of stock, when will it ship?

As soon as the part is in stock.

Q. Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?

Please contact us to make special shipping arrangements.

Q. Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?

Yes, but unfortunately, our free shipping offer doesn't apply to these regions. You can see your shipping costs when you place an order.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. You will see shipping costs when you place an order.

No taxes or custom duties are added at the time of the purchase. You may be charged taxes, duty, and handling fees by authorities in your country at the time of delivery. Performance Truck Products is not responsible for any of these additional fees.

Q. Do you ship hazardous items?

Yes, we can ship hazardous items.

Q. What happens if you ship the wrong part?

We hope this never happens, but if it does, please contact us at info@performancetruckproducts.com so we can make it right.

Q. What happens if the part is damaged during shipping?

Carriers generally have a claim process for this type of issue. Please contact us via email or live chat if damage occurs during shipping, and we can help you through the claims process with the carrier.

Q. How can I be sure you’re shipping me parts that will fit my vehicle?

Q. What if I cancel my order but it has shipped?

Canceled orders will have an automatic 10% restocking fee and could be subject to additional fees depending on how far along the order is.

If the order has been shipped, additional fees will be charged to stop the delivery, and the customer will be responsible for original package shipping charges, as well as return shipping.

Q. What if I never receive my package?

If the package never reaches you, please refer to the tracking information. We have the tracking information too and will see where your package was delivered or if there was a delivery delay.

Prior to ordering, please ensure you have a secure place to have your package delivered. Unfortunately, the carrier is not responsible for a package after it’s delivered, and we do not cover loss after delivery.

Q. What happens if I refuse the shipment?

Customer will be responsible for original package shipping charges, as well as return shipping.
