Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery. Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days of the order date unless back ordered or drop shipped from the manufacturer. Most of our orders are shipped the same day they are placed and get to our customers within 1-3 business days. PTP has 6 warehouses nationwide that make this possible. If an order needs to be drop shipped or is back ordered, ship time can take much longer. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately. Our FREE gifts, maintenance items, wheels, and a few select products do not qualify for free 1-3 day shipping. If you need a product within a specific amount of time, please choose the appropriate shipping method or contact us to make shipping arrangements.

Orders placed using Paypal that are not "Verified" or "Confirmed" by Paypal will have a 3-5 day wait time to ensure the payment goes through. If an order is placed using American Express, the billing and shipping address must be the same or the order will not ship and you will be notified. Performance Truck Products offers FREE shipping on 99% of the products we carry. Our FREE SHIPPING and FREE OVERNIGHT services are for the lower 48 States ONLY. Those in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, please contact us for an accurate quote and/or time in transit.

Returns & Replacements. Performance Truck Products will accept returns of brand new, unused, uninstalled, or defective items within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in original packaging and be accompanied by all the original paperwork. If the product has been used or installed, a refund will not be given. Some items such as exhaust systems might have a re-box fee ($35) if the box is damaged to the point where it can no longer be used. Some brands including Banks Power, K&N, as well as a few others may have a restock fee of up to 20% of the total purchase price if returned. Please contact us if youd like the full list of items. Some items such as clutches, transmissions, turbos, lift kits, etc. are non-refundable under any circumstance. If you have an issue with one of these items, we will do everything we can to help, but all warranty and tech must go through the products manufacturer. If you would like to return a product, please contact us via Email for an RMA number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is deemed defective. PTP will not refund a returned package that is damaged or lost upon return. These issues must be taken up with the carrier. All Flo-Pro returns will have a 15% restock fee plus $10 re-box fee if it is damaged. Refused orders will be refunded once received and checked back in the system, less any restocking fees and shipping charges.

Canceled orders will have an automatic 10% restocking fee and could be subject to additional fees depending on how far along the order is. If the order has been shipped, additional fees will be charged to stop the delivery and the customer will be responsible for original package shipping charges, as well as return shipping to our facility.
