FASS Fuel Systems no drop Sump Kit is the latest in our industry leading fuel delivery accessory line. Designed to be capable of functioning independently or in combination with our Fuel Air Separation System, drivers can now get the benefits that come with a sump but without any of the inherited issues.
Like most sumps on the market, our Sump Kit can pull fuel from the outside of the sump through a pre-tapped 1/2″ fuel port. However this brings the inherited issues that a line can catch and pull lose. To fix this issue we decided that we would also offer a way to pull fuel from the inside of the tank using our Bulkhead fitting and Suction Tube Kit, effectively eliminating this possibility.

Sump kits lower the suction point and gather all your tanks fuel to one central location to maximize the usage of available fuel. Our “No Drop” Sump kits are designed to install without having to remove your factory fuel tank, the unique design makes installation quick and simple for even beginner mechanics. As with all sumps, we designed ours with a ½” fuel line port on the outside wall to decrease installation difficulty of our FASS fuel pump product line. When combined with our Bulkhead Suction Tube Kit, fuel can be drawn from inside the tank, both methods will help eliminate the dreaded ¼ issue that is known to haunt Dodge Cummins Owners

Sump kits are not anything new, however here at FASS Fuel Systems we wanted to find a to improve existing Sumps so they can be used by everyday drivers in combination with our Titanium Signature Series diesel lift pumps. Sump kits lower the suction point and gather all your tanks fuel to one central location to maximize the usage of available fuel. This package includes both our “No Drop” Sump Kit and Bulkhead Suction Tube Kit that will keep all components inside the fuel tank and draw from inside the sump bowl with no external fuel lines.

Our FASS Fuel Systems Bulkhead Fitting are machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum and a Convoluted Suction Tube are designed to function as both a suction point and a fuel return port for your FASS Titanium Series lift pump. The convoluted tube is intended to pull fuel from inside the factory fuel module or sump bowl.
