The BD plug and play VGT controller enables the use of a 6.7L VGT turbo on a Dodge 5.9L common rail truck. Comes with full install kit, BD manifold and all necessary fittings for a straightforward installation.

- 2003 to 2004 model year (305HP output) Dodge Ram 2500/3500 with HY35 turbocharger will require a 2004.5-2007 style aftermarket downpipe such as Flo Pro part number 20811
- 2003-2005 pick-ups do not maintain torque converter lockup on deceleration - suggest 1030395 Torqloc to improve exhaust brake performance

- If You have a Dodge 5.9L Cummins 2003-2005 equipped with an automatic transmission. These trucks have a factory cooling system tube that goes under the manifold and interferes with the turbo mounting flange of the Howler manifold. We have made a kit to fix this issue. BD Diesel: 1047137 This kit re-routes the coolant tube up and over the exhaust manifold to ensure proper clearance for the turbo.
