aFe Power has released their new Twisted 409 Stainless Steel Short Tube Header for the 2004–2010 Ford F-150! This system is constructed of 1-5/8 inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing for maximum strength and durability. Factory-style laser cut machined flanges are used for a secure leak-free seal. Utilizing factory flanges, this system is designed to fit in the stock locations with no cutting or modifications required for a hassle-free installation. A mitered merge collector is used to decrease turbulence and increase exhaust velocity resulting in increased horsepower, torque and improved throttle response.
