Performance Truck Products will accept returns of brand new, unused, uninstalled, or defective items within 15 days of purchase. The product must be in original packaging and be accompanied by all the original paperwork. If the product has been used or installed, a refund will not be given. Some items such as clutches, transmissions, turbos, lift kits, etc. are non-refundable under any circumstance. If you have an issue with one of these items, we will do everything we can to help, but all warranty and tech must go through the products manufacturer. If you would like to return a product, please contact us via Email for an RMA number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is deemed defective. PTP will not refund a returned package that is damaged or lost upon return. These issues must be taken up with the carrier.
