Q. What happens if you send me the wrong part?

We certainly hope this never happens, but if it does, please contact us immediately. We’ll make it right.

Q. What happens if I order the wrong part?

We accept returns of brand new, unused, uninstalled, or defective items within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in original packaging and be accompanied by all the original paperwork. Check out our Return Policy for more details.

Q. How long does it take for a part to arrive at my door?

Most orders are shipped the same day they are placed and get to our customers within 1-3 business days. Check out our Shipping Policy for more details.

Q. What happens if I need to return or exchange a part?

If you would like to return or exchange a product, please contact us via info@performancetruckproducts.com to request an RMA. Check out our Return Policy for more information.

Q. What if the part is broken or damaged during shipping?

Carriers generally have a claim process for this type of issue. Please contact us if damage occurs during shipping, and we can help you through the claims process with the carrier.

Q. Do you ship outside the US?

Yes. Please contact us for an accurate shipping quote and/or time in transit. No taxes or custom duties are added at the time of the purchase. You may be charged taxes, duty, and handling fees by authorities in your country at the time of delivery.

Q. Do you offer express/expedited shipping?

We offer Next Day as well as Two and Three Day Select. The options may be limited depending on package size.

Q. What shipping methods do you offer?

We ship UPS Ground, Next Day, Two and Three Day Select, and Freight (for large items). The options may be limited depending on package size.

Q. Can I track my package?

Yes. We will send you tracking information when your order ships.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal.

Please note: Orders placed using PayPal that are not "Verified" or "Confirmed" by PayPal will have a 3-5 day wait time to ensure the payment goes through. If an order is placed using American Express, the billing and shipping address must be the same or the order will not ship and you will be notified.

Q. How do you protect my credit card information?

All orders placed online are encrypted. We also use PCI compliant processes to ensure credit card information is safe.

If you opt to pay with PayPal, you receive their security protections.

Q. What do I do if I need to cancel my order?

Contact us right away at info@performancetruckproducts.com or via our live chat. Canceled orders will have an automatic 10% restocking fee and could be subject to additional fees depending on how far along the order is.

Q. Do I need to have an account to order a part?

No, you may checkout as a guest.

Q. Do you offer a warranty?

We don’t warranty the products we sell, but most manufacturers offer a warranty. To make a warranty claim, please visit the manufacturer's website for details.

If you have an issue with a product you purchased on our site, we will do what we can to help, but all warranty and tech must go through the product's manufacturer.

Q. How do replacement parts affect my vehicle’s warranty?

The short answer is no, they don’t.

The long answer? It’s actually against federal law to void a warranty for use of an aftermarket part. The Magnuson-Moss warranty act, enacted in 1975, makes it illegal for auto manufacturers to void a warranty simply because the owner of the vehicle adds an aftermarket product to a vehicle. The law states that unless the manufacturer can prove the problem was caused by an aftermarket part, they have to repair the vehicle.
